Quality Assurance and Quality Control are imperative operations
in maintaining the integrity of a dataset. Because all tables,
queries, and forms are linked by a common criteria, criteria must
be exactly the same between components within the database. Any
discrepancies within the dataset will result in omitted data,
extraneous data, or inaccurate queries.
The Quality Assurance form allows the user to double check
values within the data tables with standardized values set up
